Raspberry Sugar Free Jello
Recipe for raspberry sugar free Jello follow is as follows:
1 Cup boiling water
1 Cup cold water
Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings.
Dissolve gelatin mix in 3/4 cup boiling water.
Add ice to 1/2 cup cold water to make 1-1/4 cups. Stir into gelatin until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Refrigerate 30 to 90 min. or until firm.

Prep: 10 min. + refrigerating
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) Jell-O Sugar Free Gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into blender.
Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; add to blender. Blend 30 sec. Add Cool Whip; blend until smooth.
Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 20 min. or until firm.
To Add Fruit or Vegetables:
Refrigerate dissolved gelatin 1-1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in 3/4 cup to 1-1/2 cups chopped fruit or vegetables (well-drained, if using canned). Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Note: Do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, gingerroot, papaya, figs or guava. Gelatin will not set.
Prepare gelatin as directed, substituting 1 cup cold seltzer, club soda, diet carbonated lemon-lime beverage or diet iced tea for the cold water.
To prepare with orange juice, use 1-1/2 cups boiling water and 1/2 cup cold orange juice.

Gelatin, adipic acid (for tartness), disodium phosphate (controls acidity), maltodextrin (from corn), fumaric acid (for tartness), contains less than 2% of artificial flavor, aspartame and acesulfame potassium (sweeteners), salt, red 40.
